Can I reserve a specific model or color?
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific vehicle model or color. What we can guarantee however is that when you reserve a vehicle, you will receive the same category of vehicle as in your booking or similar to it.
If for whatever reason the category of vehicle that you requested is unavailable, we will ensure that another category is made available to you
how old i need to be in order to rent a car from Auto Nation rental company?
You can rent from Auto Nation when you are 18 years old or more (you will need to have held a driving license for at least 24 months).
there's extra charges for the drivers that are less than 21 years old.
How can I pay for my rental?
As travelling costs a lot, we at AutoNation save money, meaning as the only company who charge you for your rented car at the rental counter, you can use the following payment: Visa (excluding Visa Electron), MasterCard and American Express and of course you can always pay CASH.
Can I cancel my reservation free of charge?
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the rental date will be free of charges.
You can modify and cancel your reservation online accessing your user name and details by clicking on the view, modify or cancel page and adjust as needed. You can also send us an email with your confirmation number, call us or even WhatsApp us we will respond as soonest.
How is my reservation confirmed?
If you make an online booking or reserve your car through the call center, we will send you a reservation confirmation by email. You can print it out and keep it for your records
If I bring the car back early, can I have a refund?
Auto Nation charges in periods of 24 hours so regardless of whether you rent your car for 2 hours or 24 , you will be charged for one day. If you are returning the car in a period that's more than 24 hours in advance, the refund will depend on the type of rate you have booked.

Is there a fee if I need to change my reservation?
There is no fee to change a car rental booking prior the reservation date, Changing a reservation may subject to the current rental rate only, as it is at the time of modification.
