That's why we offer our customers the ability to check in online before arriving at our office, eliminating the on-site rental process. Our online check-in process is designed to get you on the road quicker than ever before and quicker than anywhere else.
Through our online check-in process, you can finalize the entire car rental process quickly and efficiently, ensuring that you have all the necessary information in writing. This means you don't have to spend time listening to our staff's explanation about the rental, the car, driving in Jordan, and safety. Instead, you can use that time to do something more enjoyable.
We want to remind you that our customers who go through the online check-in process and have a full Liability Waiver can also have their car keys delivered through a key box.
Once you complete our online check-in process, the only thing you need to do on arrival is pick up your keys, locate your rental car just outside our office, and drive away into your Jordan adventure.
Here's how to do it:
- You will receive an email when the online check-in opens, before your rental.
- Go through the check-in process.
- Confirm your information and rental agreement.
- Receive your QR code for zero waiting time and zero contact delivery.
Customers who add our full Liability Waiver and complete the online check-in process at least 24 hours before arrival, can request the car keys to be delivered through a key box

- Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA)
- AutoNation Car Rental Main Office in Amman
