When you arrive at Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA), an AutoNation representative will meet you at the arrival gate near Starbucks. We monitor all flights through our online tracker, so any early arrival or delay will be accounted for. Our representative, who will have all your reservation details, will transport you to our nearby airport office (just 10 minutes away) to pick up your car. For added convenience, telecom stores at the airport offer SIM cards from three providers, often at better rates than in Amman. Drop off

Return your rental car to our AutoNation Airport office at Najmeh Complex, Airport Rd. 904, Amman. After a quick inspection, an Airport Shuttle will take you back to the terminal.

Our AutoNation City office is located on Nouh Ar-Roumi St., in central Amman, around a 40-minute drive from Queen Alia International Airport. Easily accessible by Uber, taxi, or on foot from downtown accommodations, this location offers convenient service from 08:00 to 18:00. Picking up from our downtown office is free of charge.

Drop off

Return your rental car to our office on Nouh Ar-Roumi St. in Amman. From there, you can walk to your accommodation if you’re staying downtown. Our Amman City office accepts drop-offs between 08:00 and 18:00.
