Insurances

Our goal is to offer transparency throughout the booking process and during your rental period. Usually, the insurance terms are hard to understand, but we want to change that. Here we try to explain the insurances, so they are easy to understand. This way you know what is included and what is not, so nothing should come as a surprise to you.

Included in the price: When you book a car through our website four insurances are included in the price Theft Protection, and Third-Party Liability. Collision damage waiver (CDW), each Insurance has a liability (excess). That means if you happen to have damage to the car when you return it you will be charged the deductible (excess) amount. the deductible is the maximum amount of money you’re liable for in the event your rental car is damaged or stolen as long as you follow the conditions of your rental agreement.

Example: You return a 2WD car with a dent on the passenger door. We inspected the car and saw that the damage was not there when you picked up the car. Our employee will let you know about the new damage prices (approx. $700), the absolute maximum you will be charged. If the third-party damage repair report estimates that the repair will cost less than ($700) the difference will be refunded.d)

THEFT PROTECTION (TP) (INCLUDED)

Luckily Jordan is a very safe place and vehicle thefts are not very common. Though this is not common the car is always covered by insurance if it gets stolen. Theft Protection, also known as a theft waiver, is a type of coverage offered by car rental suppliers that limits your financial liability if the rental car is stolen. It typically covers the value of the vehicle and any damage incurred as a result of the theft up to the deductible/excess..

Usually, you’ll need to provide a police report and the car’s key to avoid being liable for the full value of the vehicle. You should also remember that theft protection only covers the vehicle itself and not any of your personal belongings that may have been stolen with it Theft protection is often included in bookings made with us. Check the Protection section of the Rental Conditions to find out.
